Admission Procedure
Disclaimer
- It is hereby informed to all stakeholders that all 3-year Undergraduate programs may be changed to 4-year programs as per the directives of UGC for implementation of NEP-2020 with effect from session 2024-25.
- The Prospectus/Handbook of Information will be updated with revised guidelines, rules and regulations soon.
New students can seek admission through online and offline mode.
Online Admission Process
- Open www.matagujricollege.org. Click on 'Apply online'.
- Select 'New Student Registration' and Fill Compulsory (*marked) Details to register.
- Click 'Login' and Enter User id (Your registered Mobile number).
- Click on âI forgot my passwordâ and fill the OTP received on your registered mobile number as password.
- Fill the required Data (Personal Details, Upload Documents, Photos etc.).
- In case you are taking admission in Undergraduate course, you will fill in the details of 10th class (Matric) and 10 + 2.
- In case you are taking admission for Postgraduate course, you will fill in the details of your graduation degree.
- In case, you want to avail transportation facility, hostel facility, parking facility, kindly fill accordingly.
- Click on the âSave and Submitâ button.
- Click on the âPayâ button for online payment of fees.
- Choose the Payment Method and Pay.
Your admission process is complete.
Offline process for admission
For the Offline mode of Admission, the student must visit the college campus.
- Purchase the Prospectus of the relevant Programme of study in which you wish to seek admission.
- Meet the teacher/incharge of the concerned department. Fill the form attached in the prospectus carefully.
- You will be directed to the Computer operator who will fill the form online.
- Required documents for filling the admission form.
- Latest colored Passport size Photographs of the candidate and his/her parents.
- Residence Proof (Adhar Card/Voter Card/ Ration Card).
- Birth certificate.
- Detailed Marks Card of Qualifying Examinations.
- Character Certificate from the Principal of the school/Institute/College last attended.
- Migration Certificate from previous Board/ University.
- Reserved/Sub category Certificate from the competent authority, if applicable.
- A printout of the filled Online form would be handed over to you.
- Attach self attested Xerox copies of all supporting documents mentioned above.
- Get your form and documents verified by the concerned department incharge/teacher.
- Get the form signed by the Convenor of the Admission committee. Deposit the requisite fees at the fee counter.
Your admission process is complete.
Online Admission process for Old/ Existing Students seeking admission to Masters Courses:
- Open www.matagujricollege.org. Click on 'Apply online'.
- Select 'Old Student Registration' and Fill Compulsory (*marked) Details to register.
- Click 'Login' and Enter User id (Your registered Mobile number).
- Click on âI forgot my passwordâ and fill the OTP received on your registered mobile number as password.
- Fill the required Data (Personal Details, Upload Documents, Photos etc).
- For admission in any Postgraduate course/ Diploma, you will fill in the details of your graduation degree.
- In case, you want to avail transportation facility, hostel facility, parking facility, kindly fill accordingly.
- Click on the âSave and Submitâ button.
- Click on the âPayâ button for online payment of fees. Choose the Payment Method and pay.
Your admission process is complete.
