Mahindra Pride & Naandi Foundation Wrap Up Employability Training Week

The Training and Placement Cell of Mata Gujri College, Fatehgarh Sahib, in association with the Department of Management Studies, successfully completed a one-week Employability Skills Training Program for BBA 2nd Year students. The program was conducted by Mahindra Pride Classroom and Naandi Foundation, with Mr. Ishh, a corporate trainer, leading highly interactive sessions for six hours daily.
During the workshop, Mr. Ishh trained students on resume writing, interview skills, workplace etiquette, and corporate dos and don’ts, while also highlighting the current industry skill gaps and ways to overcome them. A total of 53 students participated, gaining practical knowledge and confidence. At the end of the program, the company recognized three students as “Best Performers” for showcasing remarkable improvements during the training.
